With nearly 20 years of experience in the travel industry, Stuart Milan is now leading the charge as President of North America. Over the past five years, he has played a key role in driving Riviera Travel’s growth in the U.K., and he now leads the company’s expansion into the North American market. With a brand-new headquarters in Fort Lauderdale and exciting new ships launching each year, Stuart is focused on making Riviera Travel a household name across the United States and Canada. 

With decades of leadership in luxury travel, Marilyn helped reposition Riviera in North America. She's passionate about making Riviera’s premium, all-inclusive product accessible and known across the U.S. market. 

Eric brings executive-level experience from Regent Seven Seas Cruises and leads with a collaborative, people-first approach. Based in Fort Lauderdale, he’s passionate about innovation and delivering standout service. 

Dana brings over 20 years of cruise industry experience and leads Riviera's U.S. expansion from Fort Lauderdale. He’s a team builder at heart and believes success comes from communication and creativity. 

With over 15 years in tour operations, Andy specializes in building strong travel advisor partnerships across the Midwest.

Bruce brings more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience, with top honors from Qantas Vacations, Virgin Atlantic, and Travel Agent magazine.

Jarret's wide-ranging experience in travel gives him a deep appreciation for the advisor community and the challenges they face.
